This study will examine the key uses for the compensation data that were collected by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and review the methods used and the circumstances of the collection. The expert panel will consider data quality frameworks for these data and will conduct analyses of the compensation data to assess its quality and usefulness for different uses. The final report will provide the expert panel’s conclusions and recommendations to EEOC.
