What are the most compelling scientific questions in memristive materials for neuromorphic processing, and what are promising future research directions for the field?

The National Academies' Condensed Matter and Materials Research Committee invites you to attend a workshop on memristic materials for neuromorphic processing applications on Friday, February 28 from 10am-5:00pm ET in Washington, DC. The workshop will explore the current state and future potential of memristive technologies, particularly those based on polymer and ion dynamics. It will also explore what will be needed to achieve energy efficient neuromorphic computing based on these technologies.
