The Roundtable on Health Literacy hosted a public workshop featuring presentations and discussions of health literacy and healthy aging on March 13, 2018, at the Keck Center in Washington, DC. The discussion included the changing health needs of older adults; chronic disease and medication management; health communication challenges for older adults; health literacy needs and challenges for caregivers; and other topics related to health literacy for older people.
