A committee-supported project or activity that has been completed and for which output dissemination has begun. Its committee has been disbanded and closeout procedures are underway.

In response to a congressional mandate (Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023; Sec. 772), the Food and Nutrition Board will convene a committee of experts to review, evaluate, and report on the current scientific evidence on the relationship between alcohol consumption and health outcomes. This study will have implications for the next edition of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
