On November 4, 2013, the National Cancer Policy Forum hosted the 2013 National Cancer Policy Summit. The objectives of the Forum were to identify emerging high priority policy issues in the nation’s effort to combat cancer and to examine those issues through convening activities that develop potential opportunities for action. The Summit convened key thought leaders in cancer research and care to help guide the Forum’s strategic planning and ensure that Forum activities are responsive to priorities in the cancer community.
