The development of new tools and technologies, particularly TBI diagnostics, is a promising area of growing excitement and investment. This one-day workshop will review the landscape of innovative technologies targeted at traumatic brain injury prevention, treatment, and recovery management. The meeting will aim to better understand, at a broader level, significant unaddressed needs, areas of recent research and technical progress, near- and mid- term opportunities, and challenges driving TBI innovation, including implementation barriers. Selected examples will be used to concretely illustrate concepts, help emphasize potential opportunities, and highlight common challenges.
