To gather input on the definition for Long COVID, seven facilitated virtual focus groups will be held with invited stakeholders to deepen the shared understanding of the concerns and areas of improvement of the current interim definition.

Sessions will be held with the following groups:

  • Patients, Patient Organizations, Caregivers
  • Researchers
  • Practitioners
  • Health Agencies
  • Health Policy and/or Advocacy Organizations
  • Payers / Health Industry Businesses
  • All categories / general

Data collected from the above activities will be analyzed to understand the various perspectives and clarify the key issues and barriers that arise from the current interim definition. The findings will be organized so they can inform the conversations and considerations in the culminating hybrid workshop.
