Spread and Scale of Best Practices in Improving Population Health: A Workshop

On December 4, 2014, the Roundtable on Population Health Improvement held its tenth workshop in New York City: Achieving Meaningful Population Health Outcomes: A Workshop on Spread and Scale. The workshop featured presentations and discussion about the spread, scale, and sustainability of strategies to improve population health in a variety of contexts. Drawing on the expertise of practitioners in health and non-health sectors, specific topics to be explored focused on the practical “how to” spread and scale, while considering both the barriers and successes to effectively impacting populations.
