The second workshop of the program exploring evidence-based practices and resources for improving the inclusion of women in science, engineering, and medicine in the U.S. and Kuwait. The workshop features leaders in academia, government, and business, and focuses on: successful strategies and programs in both countries that increase opportunities for women focusing on gender stereotypes and gendered family roles; retention and career development; and mentoring and organizational change.
