The Government-University-Industry Research Roundtable will convene a day-long workshop for its membership and invited guests to discuss novel public-private-academic partnerships across the research enterprise. During the nearly four decades of the Roundtable’s existence, the nature of cross-sector partnership has evolved, but its importance to the workings of the U.S. innovation ecosystem has remained consistent. As we look to the next era of scientific and technical research what kinds of multi-sector partnerships will be needed to sustain the research enterprise?
