NCHRP Web-Only Document 404: Implementing and Leveraging Machine Learning at State Departments of Transportation, from TRB's National Cooperative Highway Research Program, is the conduct of research report for NCHRP Project 23-16 and documents the state of the art and state of the practice on ML; presents case studies on ML applications; and compiles ML tools and sample ML applications.
