Review of Department of Veterans Affairs Monograph on Potential Therapeutic Effects of Service and Emotional Support Dogs on Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder critiques the draft monograph and reviews it for consistency with accepted scientific principles and its suitability for publication.
