Appendix A
Statement of Task
The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will host a two-day public workshop which will feature invited presentations and panel discussions on topics such as
- Essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women based on currently available evidence;
- Preparing for and prioritizing the provision of essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women; and
- Health disparities related to anxiety and mood disorders in women.
A workshop planning committee will develop the agenda for the workshop sessions, select and invite speakers and discussants, and moderate the discussions. A proceedings of the presentations and discussions at the workshop will be prepared by a designated rapporteur in accordance with institutional guidelines.
