Appendix A5: Interview Guide—Feedback Sessions

The Iknow project team used the following interview guide for the stakeholder feedback sessions in January 2025. The purpose of these interviews is to help collect feedback on the draft version of the Guide. The interviewees were KM practitioners at state DOTs.

  3. How well did the guidebook’s structure and flow work for you? Were there any areas where the organization could be improved?
  4. Was it easy to navigate through the guidebook?
  5. Did you feel the technical concepts were explained adequately for the target audience? If not, which areas need more explanation or simplification?
  6. Were there any important topics or concepts that you feel were missing or underdeveloped?
