Managing roadway access is critical to the quality of the transportation system, but many agencies lack the tools to readily demonstrate these benefits when controversy arises over access management decisions or projects. TRB hosted a webinar on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern that provided agencies and their consultants with research-based tools for demonstrating the many benefits of managing roadway access when conversations become difficult.

This webinar was based on NCHRP Research Report 1032: How to Measure and Communicate the Value of Access Management.

This webinar was sponsored by TRB’s National Highway Cooperative Research Program and the Standing Technical Committee on Access Management.
