The TRB Annual Meeting receives approximately 6,000 paper submissions each year, and Paper Review Coordinators play a key role in managing the peer review process. The TRB Annual Meeting features more than 3,000 accepted papers and 1,500 invited presentations, all of which must be assigned to an event.

• June 1 – Preliminary workshop information due

• October 1 – Final session details due

• Workshops
  Extended sessions designed for in-depth presentations, discussion, and audience interaction. Workshops are typically outcome-driven and aim to advance understanding or practice around a specific topic.

• Lectern Sessions
  Formal sessions featuring detailed presentations (typically 3–5 speakers) on a shared theme or research topic, or moderated panel discussions. Sessions should include one or more Q&A periods.

• Poster Sessions
  Sessions that allow attendees to engage directly with authors. Poster sessions are well suited for discussion and one-on-one feedback.
