The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine is hosting a hybrid colloquium in Spring 2022 that will focus on how to build a more effective and equitable science communication ecosystem, advance the use of evidence-based practices, and determine the next steps for the science of science communication and engagement. The 2022 colloquium will bring together researchers and practitioners in science communication along with community members and leaders to illuminate the challenges of communicating science to a broad range of communities, particularly in times of crisis.

Day 3 of the colloquium will be hosted in-person at the Beckman Center of the National Academies in Irvine, CA. Participants will also have the option to attend virtually.
