This is a workshop to advance methodologies for estimating facility renewal costs and foster collaboration and innovation in facility management. Workshop topics will include, but not be limited to, sessions on depreciation models and approaches, depreciation rates and facility service life assumptions, and new data resources for renewal cost research.
