The Intelligence Community Studies Board of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine appointed an ad hoc committee to explore ways in which the intelligence community might leverage the future research and development ecosystem. The committee will plan, organize, and write a consensus report that will be based largely on two unclassified workshops.
