This panel will conduct an assessment of the research done at the National Institutes of Standards and Technology's Engineering Laboratory (EL) located in Gaithersburg, MD. The panel will produce a report that addresses the study's statement of task (attached).

For this meeting will consist of both plenary sessions and individual sub-panel sessions. After the opening plenary session, the panel will split into sub-panels, each sub-panel assessing a particular division of EL that is being assessed. EL will be providing detailed sub-panel agendas and we will post them here as we receive them.
