An ad hoc committee under the auspices of the Health and Medicine Division of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine shall be convened to evaluate the available evidence of the health effects related to the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and identify future federally funded research needs.
