Topics for discussion may include how current drug control policies influence the health outcomes of individuals and communities of color who experience mass incarceration, and strategies to mitigate adverse health outcomes, for example, harm reduction programs, the role of drug courts in mitigating sentencing outcomes, and community-based interventions to reduce drug-related crimes and arrests.
