This event explored the relationship between health and civic engagement, including voting participation. Speakers presented evidence and analysis on, and answered and discussed moderator and viewer questions about civic engagement measures and linkages with health and health measures; civic infrastructure; narrative, information, and communication; and ethical issues.
A series of webinars co-hosted with public health organizations working at the interface of health and civics have built on workshop themes and offer opportunities to further the dialogue on these issues.
