Strengthening U.S. Science and Technology Leadership through Global Cooperation and Partnership: Workshop Series

Completed

U.S. innovation policy relies on a diverse web of cross-sector collaborations and multi-stakeholder coalitions. International engagement and partnership are integral to this system, which is fueled by an open exchange of information and talent. The Government-University-Industry Research Roundtable convened six short virtual workshops for its membership and invited guests to discuss the challenges and opportunities of enhancing the U.S. innovation ecosystem through international cooperation, partnership, and engagement. By convening experts and leaders from across sectors and disciplines, GUIRR provided a forum for dialogue on policy priorities for consideration by the new administration and leaders across the research enterprise.
