In 2021, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine released a consensus study report, Transforming Trajectories for Women of Color in Tech, which provides recommendations to a broad set of stakeholders within the tech ecosystem for increasing recruitment, retention, and advancement of women of color in tech. To broadly share the key messages from this report and catalyze evidence-informed action, the National Academies will carry out a multi-faceted dissemination and outreach effort.
