Appendix B

Open Session Agendas

The committee’s deliberations were informed by formal presentations, informal discussions, and written input from many individuals. The committee is grateful for all these interactions. This appendix includes the agendas from the committee’s formal information gathering sessions and lists those invited to make presentations. Many more people (not listed) asked excellent probing questions and provided comments which enriched both open- and closed-session discussions of the committee.
