Chapter 6: Webinar
As part of Task 6, the research team developed a webinar to publicize the training materials and resources and to share lessons learned to a national audience.
The webinar is organized around the following topics:
- Tangible benefits to integrating context classification into projects and processes
- Keys to success, including identifying a champion, establishing a core team invested in the outcomes, and using an action plan to document progress
- Lessons learned from other agencies, including the state DOTs who participated in this research project
- Overview of training materials and how they can be customized to meet an agency’s needs
The webinar includes a PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes. The webinar is designed to be approximately one hour in length. The research team submitted a draft webinar to the NCHRP panel for review. Panel input was incorporated into an updated webinar.
