Description

The Committee on Women in Science, Engineering, and Medicine (CWSEM) serves as an institutional focal point for the National Academies on issues relating to equal opportunities for women in science, engineering, and medicine. The committee accomplishes this by convening experts from government, academia, and industry, nationally and internationally, to discuss topics ranging from addressing sexual harassment to supporting family caregivers in STEM to naviagating career pathways in the tech workforce.
