An ad hoc committee will convene a public symposium for the discussion of reform options for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’S) Air Traffic Control services. Stakeholder groups preparing reform options will be invited to present their proposals and engage in discussion with experts and the public. The committee will plan and organize the symposium, select and invite speakers and discussants, and moderate the discussions. An individually authored brief summary of the presentations and discussions at the symposium will be prepared by a designated rapporteur in accordance with institutional guidelines.
