As the nature of work continues to evolve, so do the skills required to thrive in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, automation, and rapid technological change. This webinar will explore the critical role of reskilling and upskilling—not just in terms of adapting to new tools and systems, but in how individuals navigate shifting job markets, refocus their expertise, and build sustainable, technology-enabled careers.

While technical skills are often emphasized in workforce development, cultural factors—including social class—also shape career pathways, job satisfaction, and career longevity. How does the culture of a workplace shape career pathways? How do social expectations and values impact long-term career fulfillment? And how can individuals effectively integrate both technical and soft skills to remain competitive?

Key topics will include:

Beyond Technical Reskilling: How job seekers and career changers can leverage both technical and soft skills to remain competitive.
Workplace Culture & Career Fit: How different work environments shape career progression, expectations, and overall job satisfaction.
The Human Side of Workforce Evolution: How reskilling and career transitions affect personal identity, motivation, and long-term professional growth.
