A planning committee of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will organize and convene a virtual, public workshop focused on the science of engaging youth lived experience in health research, practice, and policy. The workshop will consider community contexts and policies that may support effective strategies, and will feature lived experience perspectives and other expert presentations. The planning committee will develop the agenda, identify meeting objectives, and select appropriate speakers. A proceedings-in-brief will be prepared by a staff member in accordance with institutional guidelines.
