The Integration of Immigrants into American Society

The aim of the project is to facilitate a more informed and fact-based discussion of the issues surrounding current immigration in the U.S. The study summarizes what we know about how immigrants and their descendants are integrating into US society and how society and institutions are being transformed by immigration; discusses what the implications of this knowledge are for informing various policy options; and, identifies any important gaps in our existing knowledge and data availability.
