A dissemination meeting to review and discuss Weapons Sustainment Planning Early in the Development Life Cycle and Air Force Software Sustainment and Maintenance of Weapons Systems. We will hear from the committee chairs, The Honorable Frank Kendall, former Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics in the Department of Defense, and Dr. Paul Nielsen, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute (SEI). The Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Logistics and Product Support, Ms. Angie Tymofichuk, will present the opening remarks.
