Gulf Offshore Energy Safety (GOES) Information Sharing Webinars

In progress

Any project, supported or not by a committee, that is currently being worked on or is considered active, and will have an end date.

This webinar series covers topics relevant to offshore energy safety, preparedness, response, and recovery from offshore oil disasters.

Description

The Deepwater Horizon catastrophe caused significant environmental, ecological, and economic damage to the Gulf of Mexico region. Over the past ten years, many lessons have been learned that can be used to inform future offshore energy safety efforts in the Gulf. To facilitate conversations about where we have been in the past decade and where we need to go in the next decade, the GRP has organized an information-sharing webinar series that covers topics relevant to offshore energy safety, preparedness, response, prevention, and recovery from offshore oil disasters.
