An ad hoc committee will plan and conduct a one-day public workshop that will feature invited presentations and discussion of community-based health literacy interventions. Potential areas of focus include the range of community-based health literacy interventions that currently exist, research related to community-based health literacy interventions, and best practices in community-based health literacy interventions.
