This April 6 virtual workshop provided background on systems theories, methodologies, and applications.

A follow-up workshop on June 30 addressed systems and the context for obesity, influencing systems, and examples from the field. Featuring examples from within and outside the obesity field, the workshop explored existing societal systems that have the potential to shape population health and wellbeing and examined systems and contributing factors that can influence obesity.
