The Committee on the State of the Science and Future Needs for Nonhuman Primate Model Systems will hold a public webinar to discuss its new consensus study report examining the current landscape of nonhuman primate use in NIH-supported biomedical research and future needs and opportunities for these models, as well as opportunities for new approach methodologies to complement or reduce reliance on nonhuman primate models. Members of the committee will provide an overview of the report’s key messages and conclusions, and there will be an opportunity for audience Q&A.
