The Roundtable on Health Literacy convened a workshop featuring the a commissioned paper on the attributes of a health literate organization. The workshop also featured along other health literacy experts to react to the paper's conclusions and add their own thoughts on the topic.

Description
An ad hoc committee will plan and conduct a public workshop that will feature presentation of a commissioned paper on the attributes of a health literate organization and invited presentations and discussions in reaction to the paper as well as discussion of other topics related to health literacy. The committee will define the specific topics to be addressed, develop the agenda, select and invite speakers and other participants, and moderate the discussions.
