Mapping of Use Cases to Benefits

Table D-1 includes the mapping of each use case to one or more monetized benefits. This matrix is used in the ROI tool to attribute benefits based on the use cases selected by the agency. The matrix is located in the Excel workbook in the “Use Case Matrix” sheet. The codes used for the benefits and use cases can be found in Table D-2 and Table D-3, respectively, following the use case mapping table.
