Day 1 – Wednesday, May 3rd

Goal: A shared understanding of the workshop goals and structure.
Flow:

Goal: A shared understanding of the “analytic setting” and the climate and security landscape in Central America.
Flow: Moderated discussion with expert panel, surveying the human and natural geography; key climate risks; and key security issues in the region.

Goal: A deeper understanding of the climate-related security risks in Central America.
Flow: Moderated discussion with expert panel, diving deeper into risk determinants in the region: governance, social cohesion, health, etc.
