PHASE IV—FINAL DELIVERABLES
Task 7. Development of Draft Final Deliverables
Introduction
The objective of this task was to compile all research findings and develop the deliverables described here in draft form. The key to success with the final deliverables is their ease of use and accessibility by the end user at the state DOT.
Approach
In this final phase of the project, the research team compiled all work completed and finalized the draft final deliverables.
Deliverables
The draft final deliverables submitted include:
- Draft final conduct of the research report (including the detailed task reports as relevant as well as the CIP document)
- Draft final Excel-based practitioner-ready tool and its embedded user instructions
- Draft final Guide
- Technical Memorandum—Dissemination and Implementation Pathways.
Task 8. Development of Final Deliverables
Introduction
The objective of this task was to address all comments and revisions from the project panel and complete all final deliverables.
Approach
The research team made revisions to all deliverables based on panel comments received and completed and submitted the final deliverables.
Deliverables
The final deliverables submitted include:
- Final conduct of the research report (including the detailed task reports as relevant as well as the CIP document)
- Final Excel-based practitioner-ready tool and its embedded user instructions
- Final Guide
