The Office of Congressional and Government Affairs (OCGA) is the principal liaison office between the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and Capitol Hill.
Our study committees and staff frequently conduct briefings for Congressional committees, caucuses, and member offices on National Academies activities. Additionally, National Academies leadership, staff, or study committee volunteers are often asked to testify before Congress about our work on topics of interest.
