Appendix G

Odds Ratio Tables

This appendix presents results from all data analyses. The adjusted conditional logistic regression models account for the variables used to match cases and controls (age at encounter, sex, and enrollment year in the Veterans Benefits Administration) and for race, ethnicity, and last known service branch.
