On November 5-6, 2014, the Forum held a public workshop that featured presentations on the use of data linkage and integration to inform research and practice related to children’s cognitive, affective, and behavioral health; the use of quality measures to facilitate system change in health care, classroom, and juvenile justice settings; and tools developed to measure implementation of evidence-based prevention programs at scale to support sustainable program delivery, among other topics.

Description
An ad hoc committee will plan an interactive public workshop featuring presentations on new and innovative approaches in the use and design of measurement systems to develop and inform policy, practice, and research relevant to promoting children's cognitive, affective, and behavioral health. The committee will identify specific topics to be covered at the workshop, select and invite speakers and other participants, and moderate the discussions. A brief individually-authored workshop summary, in addition to a full-length workshop summary, of the presentations and discussions at the workshop will be prepared by a designated rapporteur in accordance with institutional guidelines.
