Incident After-Action and Corrective Actions
This Incident After-Action and Corrective-Actions template is meant to aid in post-event documentation and track corrective actions.
Airports are encouraged to conduct post-incident meetings and use the Incident After-Action template after an incident occurs. Documenting incidents for historical purposes and identifying opportunities for improvement with corrective actions will help better posture airports in similar incidents.
