The Office of International Networks, Cooperation, and Security (INCS) is the nexus between the U.S. National Academies and the global research community. INCS builds and sustains partnerships and implements international programs work to connect American science and innovation to international policymaking. Our experts represent the country in forums and conferences, ensuring the voice of U.S. science is heard internationally.
