Leaders from NASA and other federal agencies, as well as international representatives from ESA, NSSC, ITLO, and JAXA will share insights into recent triumphs, upcoming missions, and emerging opportunities in space exploration. This session will provide an opportunity to hear firsthand the incredible work propelling humanity forward. View the Plenary agenda here.
Joint Session of CBPSS and CSSP: Wednesday, March 25 from 9 AM – 12 PM ET
What promising new approaches does AI hold for space science? This interactive joint session of CBPSS and CSSP will include a presentation on the possibilities of AI for space science, followed by in-person breakout groups where participants will share ideas and experiences. View the CBPSS Agenda, including the Joint Session, here.
Public Lecture: Wednesday, March 25 at 7 PM ET
An Instrument Nature Can Play:
Data, Sound, and the Work of Imagination in Science
Jewel, Prof. Greg Niemeyer, and Dr. Chelle Gentemann
Scientific breakthroughs rarely start with answers. They start when we imagine things we can't yet see. In this keynote, join singer Jewel as she shares her latest work and how her collaboration with NASA's data and use of open science come together to show how creativity helps people connect more deeply to their environment by making science more visible, tangible, and participatory.
