I shared it with individuals who deal with the NHTSA side and never got a response back. Row 3: Florida DOT SSO which administers the HSIP completed this survey. Row 4: HSIP Manager is part of the DOT HSO. Row 5: DOT, HSIP, filled out and HSO provided input and both are under the DOT agency. Row 6: Due to time constraints to complete the survey DOT exclusively filled out survey without input from the HSO. Ideally survey responses would have had input between HSIP and HSO staff. Row 7: DOT filled out without input from HSO due to time constraints only. Row 8: The HSO is in the same DOT Division as the HSIP. The Division Director completed this survey. Row 9: HSIP Lead responded to the questions. Row 10: We did it together and are both part of the DOT. Row 11: We do not have an HSO. Row 12: Safe System Manager overseeing HSIP and SHSO completed the survey.
