- How do your HSIP and HSO coordinate development of your stateʼs SHSP?
- Is the HSO involved with the preparation of the annual HSIP report? If so, how?
- Is the HSIP involved with the preparation of the HSP? If so, how?
- How do your HSIP and HSO coordinate Public Participation and Engagement (PPE) efforts and share information from PPE efforts?
- How do your HSIP and HSO coordinate to manage dashboards (if any) and collect and share safety data with the public?
