The workshop agenda also will include presentations and discussion that address sustainable collaborations and new insights into implementing interventions and policies, particularly related to nutrition and physical activity, for the treatment and prevention of obesity in young children. Participants will discuss strategies that hold the greatest promise for progress in reducing obesity prevalence, especially in populations at greatest risk for obesity.
The committee will define the specific topics to be addressed, develop the agenda, and select and invite speakers and other participants.
